1. Terms of Service

By accessing and using GrowthHubPro.io ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This includes browsing our site, subscribing to any service, or purchasing any product. By making a purchase or subscription through GrowthHubPro.io, you expressly agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.1.2 Description of Services
GrowthHubPro.io provides premium content strategy, AI-powered copywriting tools, custom copy services, and consulting for commercial use. While our services are designed to elevate your brand and drive growth, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased revenue, follower counts, or engagement. Results vary based on implementation and market conditions.1.3 User License & Restrictions
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our templates, tools, and deliverables for their own business or personal brand. Reselling, redistributing, or repackaging our templates, tools, deliverables, or strategies is strictly prohibited.You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included content unless explicitly authorized in writing by GrowthHubPro.io.1.4 Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
All digital product sales and content services are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods and creative work. Strategy consultations require a $500 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your total project cost. Our custom copy projects start at $1,500. After the consultation call, a formal contract must be signed and full payment must be received before any project work begins. Each project includes two rounds of revisions. You have 24 hours after receiving deliverables to request revisions (Round 1), and 24 hours after the updated version to request Round 2. If no request is made within those windows, the deliverables are considered approved and final. If further changes are needed, you may purchase one final paid revision round at a flat rate of $500. No further revisions will be made without a new agreement. Retainer services are available post-project at 50% of your original project total per month. These include light copy updates, refinements, and messaging optimization. Any new directions will require a new project to be booked as that requires a complete overhaul of already covered material.
For Monthly Digital Subscriptions:
Subscribers receive access to the current month's content only. You are not purchasing the issue itself, but rather paying for access to that month’s content via a private access link. This access portal will change monthly, and previous month content may no longer be available. All subscription sales are final. No partial or retroactive refunds will be issued.1.5 Limitation of Liability
GrowthHubPro.io and its team shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services. You assume full responsibility for how you use our content and tools.1.6 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of GrowthHubPro.io after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.2. Privacy Policy2.1 Information We Collect

If additional revisions are needed, one final revision may be purchased for $500. If no revision is requested within the specified 24-hour windows, the project is considered complete and approved. Retainer support is available for ongoing updates and messaging refinement at 50% of your original project total.4. Business Disclaimer
